INTERNET EXPLORER

Enable Javascript:
Internet Explorer 6 onwards
1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the "Security" tab, then click "Custom Level".
3. Drag the scrollbar until you can see the "Scripting > Active Scripting" option. Make sure "Enable" is selected.
4. Press "OK" to close the options windows.

Enable Cookies:
Internet Explorer 9:
On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the "Privacy" tab,and click on the 'Advanced' button:
You should allow both First-Party Cookies and Session Cookies.

Internet Explorer 7 or 8:
Click Start > Control Panel. (With Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
Double-click the Internet Options icon.
Select the Privacy tab.
Click Advanced.
Select "Override automatic cookie handling" under the "Cookies" section in the Advanced Privacy Settings window.
Select the "Accept" or "Prompt" option under "First-party Cookies."
In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

Internet Explorer 6:
Click Start > Control Panel. (With Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows Start button > Settings > Control Panel).
Click Advanced.
Select "Override Automatic Cookie Handling."
Select the "Accept" or "Prompt" option under "First-party Cookies."
In the Internet Options window, click OK to exit.

Disable Popup Blocker:
Windows XP with SP2:
In explorer goto the 'Tools' Menu above. Select 'Popup Blocker' and then 'Blocker Settings'.
You should now be able to copy and paste the URL address from the address bar into the Allow Site box.
Confirming this will disable the blocker for the SIMPILFi site only.

FIREFOX

Enable Javascript:
Mozilla Firefox (1.5 to 3.x)
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Choose 'Options'
Choose 'Content' from the top navigation
Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK

Mozilla Firefox (1.0)
Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Choose 'Options'
Choose 'Web Features' from the left navigation
Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK

Enable Cookies:
Mozilla Firefox 3.x for Windows:
Click Tools > Options. Click Privacy in the top panel.
Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.
Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.
Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox 2.x for Windows:
Click Tools > Options. Click Privacy in the top panel.
Select the checkbox labeled "Accept cookies from sites."
Click OK.

Mozilla Firefox for Mac:
Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
Select Preferences. Click Privacy.
Set "Firefox will:" to Use custom settings for history.
Check the box next to "Accept cookies from sites" to enable cookies.
Click OK.

Disable Popup Blocker:
When blocking pop-ups from a site, Firefox displays an information bar stating 'Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window'
Click either the Options button in the information bar or the icon that appears in the status bar
Choose 'Allow/Block pop-ups for this site' from the displayed menu

SAFARI

Enable Javascript:
Apple Safari (1.0):
Select 'Safari' from the top menu
Choose 'Preferences'
Choose 'Security'
Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'

Enable Cookies:
Safari:
Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
Select Preferences.
Click Security in the top panel.
Under "Accept Cookies" select Only from sites you navigate to.

Disable Popup Blocker:
Click on Security at the top of the window.
Uncheck the box Block pop-up windows

CHROME

Enable Cookies:
Chrome for Windows:
Click the Tools menu. Select Options.
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
Select Allow local data to be set to allow both first-party and third-party cookies.
If you only want to accept first-party cookies, check the box next to "Block all third-party cookies without exception."

Chrome for Mac:
Select Chrome > Preferences on the menu bar.
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
Select Allow local data to be set to allow both first-party and third-party cookies.
If you only want to accept first-party cookies, check the box next to "Block all third-party cookies without exception."

OPERA

Enable Javascript:
Open Opera.
On the Tools menu, click Quick Preferences.
Click Enable JavaScript

Enable Cookies:
Select 'Settings > Preferences > Advanced > Cookies' and select 'Accept only from the sites I visit'

Disable Popup Blocker:
If popup blocking has been enabled then it is possible to turn it off for this site.
Right click somewhere on this web page and select Edit Site Preferences from the context menu.
You can now change the popup settings for this site only to Open all popups.
